Step 1: We get clear on the outcome

At the start of the month, we agree on one clear, measurable outcome. That outcome is not surface-level growth. It’s one layer deeper. This is guided by your vision for where you want to go, and grounded in what’s actually happening inside the business. One result that meaningfully strengthens the business. 

Step 2: We act, adjust, and track

This isn’t coaching. I don’t work on hours, calls, or packages.  I work with you inside the business, helping you make fewer, better decisions that protect what you’ve built and the clients you care about. We implement what’s needed, and course-correct if things change. No busy work. No unnecessary steps. The focus stays on the agreed outcome. I give you options, perspective, and trade-offs, so you can make decisions that feel aligned and informed. 

Step 3: We decide what’s next

At the end of the month, we review the outcome. If continuing makes sense, we define the next focus. If it doesn’t, we stop. No obligation. 

That’s it.

No contracts.

No pressure to continue.
