The Work
This is not coaching. It's not a programme with modules and worksheets and a Facebook group. It's not a 90-minute call twice a month where you leave with homework and a pep talk.
It's a partnership. A real one. The kind where someone is genuinely inside your business with you, thinking about it between calls, noticing things, sending you a voice note on a Tuesday afternoon because something came up and it can't wait.
How it starts
Before we do anything else, we meet in person.
I fly to you, or you come to me in Bali if you prefer. We spend a full day together going deep into every part of your business. Your vision, your finances, your offers, your infrastructure, your data, your team, your time. Nothing is off limits. Everything is on the table.
By the end of that day, you have a complete picture of where your business actually is, not where you thought it was. And we build together a 3-year strategy that reflects where you actually want to go, with 12 quarterly goals and a detailed 90-day plan to get started.
You leave that day knowing exactly what to do next. Not because I told you. Because we found it together.
What ongoing looks like
Three strategic calls a month. Voice and text access every day. You never have to wait for the next scheduled call to keep moving. When something comes up, you reach out. I respond.
I write first drafts. I review your copy. I analyse your numbers and explain what they mean in plain language. I send Looms when something needs a visual walkthrough. I flag what I see before it becomes a problem. I tell you the truth, even when it's uncomfortable — especially then.
And from day one, something arrives at your door. Not a generic welcome pack. Something chosen specifically for you — a book that speaks to where you are right now, something that says: I've been thinking about you, and this partnership already means something.
What this actually feels like

This is not a content strategy. It's what working with me looks like, before we ever work together.
The constraints
I work with a maximum of 5 clients at a time. The minimum commitment is 6 months. The investment is $2,000 a month.
These are not arbitrary numbers. They exist because this level of attention — real attention, the kind that actually moves a business — cannot be spread thin. Five clients means every one of them gets everything I have.
The vision is longer than 6 months. Most of my clients stay for years.
