I work with a small number of women at a time. Usually around ten. This is intentional. The work is close, ongoing, and highly contextual. It is not a program you “complete.” It is strategic support that makes your business more profitable over time with less effort, and help your clients get better results without requiring so much from you.

Step 1: VISION: Get SUPER CLEAR on what we’re building toward
Before we touch strategy, we get crystal clear on your vision. Not just revenue. Your life. How you want your weeks to feel. What you want off your plate. What kind of work you want to keep doing. How much space and flexibility you want in your life. What are your strengths? What's your personality? This becomes the filter for every decision we make.

Step 2: DIAGNOSE: Find the BIGGEST thing that's limiting your growth right now

Then, we look at your entire business and identify the single biggest constraint limiting growth right now. This is usually one of four things: demand (not enough right-fit leads), conversion (leads not turning into clients), capacity (you’d break if you took on more clients), or profit (you work a lot but don’t keep enough). We do not try to fix everything at once. We focus on the thing that will make the biggest difference.

Step 3: PRIORITIZE: Choose the FEW moves that create REAL change
Once the constraint is clear, we choose up to three high-impact actions. Clear, focused steps that directly remove the constraint. Each action has a defined outcome, a simple plan, a clear way to measure success. If you've ever said: "I just want someone to tell me what to do and I'll do it" this is it. This roadmap will tell you what you should stop doing, simplify, automate, delegate, or redesign. An effective strategy that actually works without making you want to throw your laptop out the window. That's what this is.

Step 4: RESOLVE: Do the work and FINISH it
Then we execute. That can include:

• restructuring offers and delivery to create leverage

• simplifying the sales process so it converts without chaos

• building systems that remove you from constant decision making

• creating predictable demand so you are not always scrambling

We work together through the plan, remove the bottleneck, and get the result we agreed on. Most of our work happens asynchronously. Text messages. Voice notes. Clear direction. There are no standing weekly calls. We use calls only when depth is actually needed.

Once the constraint is resolved, we reassess, identify the next one (in a 60-minute strategic session), and repeat the cycle.
