I care about two things: telling you the truth, and helping you actually move forward.
I’m not here to hype you up or hand you a bloated strategy packed with busywork. My brain works in patterns. I listen closely, map how your business actually works, and spot the one constraint that are doing the most damage. We fix that first. That is how progress happens without burning yourself out.
I work best with high-achieving women, running established businesses: clients, results, steady revenue (think 200k+). You don’t need hand‑holding; you need sharp thinking, clean strategy, and someone who isn’t afraid to say, “That’s not the real problem,” or “You don’t need that right now.”

... too many incredible women build something impactful, and then pay for it with their life. Their energy. Their relationships. Their health. Their joy. And then they blame themselves, when the real issue is the structure. That's the part I care about optimizing.
I respect what you have built. Your business is not a hobby, it's something you grew with care and commitment. For many of my clients, it feels like a baby. And when something feels like that, you do not want someone who treats it like a spreadsheet.

There are no long-term contracts and no endless calls. Most of our work happens asynchronously, so you can stay in motion while we optimize the machine. My clients leave with clarity, not noise. They know what to do next, why it matters, and how to move forward without burning themselves or the business out.
I'm NOT a coach.
This is not motivational or mindset work. This is a private strategic partnership. My role is not to take control away from you. I'm here to protect your time, energy, and potential, and help you make decisions that move your business forward without burning it (or yourself) out.
I have led teams since I was 17, spent over 15 years in leadership and education, and built multiple businesses across industries, including a design agency that now runs 98% passive. That income allows me to invest beyond my business and build long-term personal wealth.
Over the last six years, I have worked with more than 500 female founders. That gives me perspective, pattern recognition, and the ability to see leverage points others miss.
I don’t rush, I don’t force growth, and I don’t use cookie-cutter strategies. Clarity comes first. Structure follows. Sustainable growth is the result.

That is not an accident. It is a choice. This work is intentionally high-touch, high-impact, and capped. I work with a maximum of ten clients at a time so we can go deep and build real, long-term relationships. That's important, because that's my highest zone of genius. I work best when I can support my clients in a very in-depth way.
I am able to do this and keep it affordable because I transformed my design agency into a passive income business. That financial stability gives me the freedom to now focus on depth over scale, and build this model from choice, not pressure.
And it is probably the exact model you are trying to step out of. That is the point, I'm trying to make. There is no “right” business model. There is only the model that fits the life you want to live.
