This is not coaching. It’s not consulting. And it’s not a course.

It is a six-month strategic partnership designed around your business, your personality, and in total alignment with your long-term vision. Every decision is intentional. Every step is sequenced. Nothing is generic or pulled off a template. Aiming for an exceptional client experience, that is sustainable for you as the founder.

How it starts

We begin in person. I come to you. We spend a full day inside your business; your offers, revenue streams, operations, time allocation, team dynamics, and long-term direction. We look at the entire business clearly and without judgment.

By the end of that day, you will have more clarity than you’ve had in years, along with a precise six-month roadmap built specifically for you.

From there, we move through six deliberate phases.

Every month is designed to produce concrete outputs.

The six months

In the first month, we focus on recovering revenue and identifying inefficiencies. Before building anything new, we find what is already underutilized; pricing gaps, missed conversions, hidden assets. You should feel financial movement early.

In the second month, we refine your offer and messaging. We simplify complexity, clarify positioning, and define what makes you not just good, but distinct.

In the third month, we build the right infrastructure. Systems, support, and tools that align with the business you want, not the one you build two years ago,

In the fourth month, you step fully into the CEO role. We build a simple, usable metrics dashboard and begin making decisions based on data rather than instinct alone. You learn to read your business clearly.

In the fifth month, we design your operating system; marketing cadence, sales flow, delivery structure, and a weekly rhythm that supports your life instead of consuming it.

In the sixth month, we consolidate everything. You shift from reacting to leading. The business becomes something you run intentionally, not something that runs you.

How we work together

Weekly calls. Every week, we have a dedicated session (just the two of us). We start by reviewing what you committed to, work through what's in front of you, and set clear priorities for the week ahead. You always know what you're doing next and why.

Implementation support. Outside of our weekly call, most founders spend 2-3 hours per week on focused implementation. I'm there with you, writing drafts, editing, designing whatever is needed. No busywork. Everything we do between sessions moves something forward.

Voice support between sessions. You don't have to wait until our next call. Send me a voice note whenever something comes up, a decision you're wrestling with, something that's working, something that isn't. I respond the same day.

A monthly voice note from me at the start of each month. Before each new phase begins, I'll send you a personal voice note, what this month is about, what to expect, and why it matters. So you always feel prepared, and never caught off guard.

A reflection at the end of each week. I'll ask you a couple of questions, to make sure we work on the right things, in the right order, with the right intention, and so you actually feel the progress you're making.

What this is not

This is not a program you work through on your own timeline. There is no portal, no self-paced modules, no figuring it out between calls. Every week there is a clear agenda, and a clear commitment.

This structure is there for the weeks when your best self is busy taking care of everyone else.

The investment

$12,000 for the full six-month partnership.

This includes the in-person intensive, weekly calls, text/voice support, and everything that happens in between. No hidden extras. You're not paying for information. You're paying for decision-making clarity and speed.
