The Partnership

Most women who find this page have spent years being the person everyone else leans on. This is the first place that changes.

This is not consulting. It's not coaching. It's not a course.

It's a six-month working partnership, built around your business, your personality, and where you actually want to go.

Every decision we make together is sequenced, intentional, and specific to you. Nothing generic. Nothing off the shelf. It starts in person. It's held every step of the way.

And by the end, you won't just have a better business, you'll have a completely different relationship with it.

How it starts

Before anything else, I come to you. We spend a full day together (at your location, in your world ) doing a deep dive into every corner of your business. Your offers, your revenue, your operations, your team (if you have), your time, your vision. We look at all of it. It's the foundation everything else gets built on.

By the end of that day you'll have more clarity about your business than you've had in years, and a specific, structured 6-month plan built entirely around you.

For most founders, it's the first time someone has looked at their entire business — all of it — and helped them see it clearly. Without judgment. Without an agenda. Just clarity.

The Six Months

Month 1 — Diagnose

Find the money you're already sitting on.

Before we build anything new, we find what's already there and not being used. Hidden revenue, underpriced offers, unconverted leads, untapped assets. This month is designed to create real ROI fast, because you should feel the investment working immediately, not six months from now.

By the end of Month 1: You know exactly where your business is leaking money and you've already started recovering it.

Month 2 — Simplify and Clarify

Fix the foundation before we build higher.

We go deep on your offer, how it's structured, how it's delivered, how it's priced, and how it's communicated. We strip out everything that's making it complicated or exhausting to sell. We sharpen your messaging so the right people immediately recognize themselves in it. And we start to define what makes you genuinely different, not just better, but irreplaceable.

By the end of Month 2: Your offer is clear, your messaging is aligned, and you know exactly what makes you a category of one.

Month 3 — Build the Infrastructure

The right tools, tech, and team, in the right order.

Most founders build systems for a business that isn't ready yet. We wait until Month 3 deliberately, because now we know what your business actually needs. We streamline what's already there, remove what's costing you more than it's worth, and put the right support in place for the business you've just clarified.

By the end of Month 3: Your infrastructure supports your offer instead of complicating it.

Month 4 — Step Into the CEO Role

From instinct to informed decision making.

This is the month most founders have been avoiding without knowing it. We build a simple metrics dashboard (nothing complicated, nothing corporate) and we start making decisions based on what the numbers actually say. You'll learn to read your business like a map instead of guessing which direction to go.

By the end of Month 4: You have a dashboard you actually use and the confidence to make decisions without second-guessing yourself.

Month 5 — Build Your Operating System

Structure that holds you — without holding you back.

This is where everything we've built becomes a rhythm. Marketing cadences, sales processes, delivery structures, client success loops, feedback systems. A redesigned workweek that fits your life. One simple operating system that runs your business so your business stops running you.

By the end of Month 5: You have repeatable structures for every part of your business and a workweek designed around your zone of genius.

Month 6 — Run the Business You Built

From have to, to want to.

This final month is about consolidating everything and stepping fully into the founder you've become. You're no longer the person who has to show up, you're the person who chooses to. You work with clients because they energize you, not because the business demands it. You spend your time where you're most powerful. And you have enough structure around you that the business holds itself.

By the end of Month 6: You run the business. It no longer runs you.

How we work together

Weekly calls. Every week, we have a dedicated session (just the two of us). We start by reviewing what you committed to, work through what's in front of you, and set clear priorities for the week ahead. You always know what you're doing next and why.

Implementation support. Outside of our weekly call, most founders spend 2-3 hours per week on focused implementation. I'm there with you, writing drafts, editing, designing whatever is needed. No busywork. Everything we do between sessions moves something forward.

Voice support between sessions. You don't have to wait until our next call. Send me a voice note whenever something comes up, a decision you're wrestling with, something that's working, something that isn't. I respond the same day. I'm your thinking partner available when you actually need one.

A monthly voice note from me at the start of each month. Before each new phase begins, I'll send you a personal voice note, what this month is about, what to expect, and why it matters. So you always feel prepared, and never caught off guard.

A reflection at the end of each week. Three questions, to make sure we work on the right things, in the right order, with the right intention, and so you actually feel the progress you're making.

What This Is Not

This is not a program you work through on your own timeline. There is no portal, no self-paced modules, no figuring it out between monthly check-ins. Every week there is a clear agenda, a clear commitment, and someone who is paying close attention, holding the structure with you.

The structure is there precisely for the weeks when your best self is busy taking care of everyone else.

This is for female founders who have a business that's already generating revenue, typically between $150K and $1M annually. You have a proven offer and paying clients, and you're looking for the structure, clarity and strategy to grow without burning out or breaking what you've built.

If you're earlier in your journey than this, this isn't the right fit right now. But keep going, and come back when you're ready.

The investment

$12,000 for the full six-month partnership.

This includes the in-person intensive at your location, the weekly calls, the in-between conversations, the monthly touchpoints, and the hands-on support.

There are no hidden extras. I work with a maximum of 5 founders at a time. When I'm full, I'm full.

You've spent long enough holding this alone. That changes here.

But don't take my word for it.
