The Custom Business Diagnostic is the entry point to working together. Before I recommend any changes, I need to see how your business actually runs day to day. Not the polished version. The real one.

I look at businesses through four lenses that determine whether growth is sustainable: Time, Energy, Fulfillment, and Profit. A business doesn’t need to be perfect in all four. But when one is out of balance, it puts pressure on the others. The diagnostic shows us where that pressure is coming from.

You complete a short focused, diagnostic. I review it personally and record a private Loom where I walk you through:

• Where your business is currently supporting you

• Where time, energy, or profit are leaking

• What’s driving results, and what’s draining them

• Where one focused correction would create the biggest shift

You’ll leave with clarity, language for what’s been feeling off, and a grounded sense of what actually matters next. 

At the end of the Loom, there are only three outcomes:

1. There’s no meaningful leverage point right now. I’ll tell you that, and why.

2. There is a clear opportunity. I’ll invite you to a 60-90 minute Strategic Intensive, at my expense, to explore it together.

3. You choose to pause and use the clarity on your own.
