The Custom Business Diagnostic is the first step in how I work. 

Before I offer any guidance, I need to see how your business actually runs day to day: how it supports you, your clients, and your goals. Not just the polished outside.

I look at businesses through four lenses that determine whether growth is sustainable: Time, Energy, Fulfillment, and Profit.. A business doesn’t need to be perfect in all four. But when one is off, it taxes the others. The diagnostic helps surface where that imbalance is happening.

You complete a short focused, diagnostic. I review it personally and record a private Loom walking you through:

• Where your business is currently supporting you

• Where time, energy, or profit are leaking

• What’s driving growth, and what’s draining it

• Where one focused correction could create the biggest shift

You’ll walk away with clarity, language for what’s been feeling ‘off’ and a grounded sense of what actually matters next. 

At the end of the Loom, there are only three options:

• There’s no meaningful leverage point right now. I’ll tell you that, and why.

• There is a clear opportunity. I’ll invite you to a 60-90 minute Strategic Intensive (at my expanse) to explore it together.

• You decide to pause and use the clarity on your own.
