I need to tell you something about why I do this work.

Six years ago, I had a business I loved completely. An online language school where teachers could teach from their passion and students could learn through genuine curiosity. The kids were happy. The teachers were fulfilled. The work was making a real difference.

And I had to close it down.

I remember sitting on a bench in a park in Ecuador, crying. Not because I'd run out of energy, I still had so much to give. Not because the idea was wrong, it wasn't. But because I didn't have the infrastructure to make it sustainable. I didn't know what I didn't know. And so something that was working for everyone, except the business itself, had to end.

The impact stopped. Just like that.

That moment lives in everything I do now. Because I see the same thing happening to the women I work with. Not the closing, at least not yet. But the ceiling. The cost of building something real without the foundation to hold it. The ripple effects that never happen because the business wasn't set up to grow.

I will not let that happen to my clients.

I've spent 15 years building, breaking, and rebuilding businesses, across education, design, operations, and strategy, across countries and industries and cultures. I didn't learn this in a classroom. I learned it by doing it wrong first, and then figuring out what actually worked.

That path gave me something I couldn't have planned for: I can walk into almost any business and see the patterns quickly. Not the problem the founder thinks she has, the real one. And I have the skills to fix them.

I work with a maximum of 5 clients at a time. Always have. This is not scarcity. It's how I protect the quality of the work and the depth of attention every client deserves.

I'm based in Bali. My clients are everywhere.

What drives me isn't revenue. It's ripple effects. When I help one founder make a bigger impact, that ripple goes out in every direction, into her clients' lives, their communities, the people they touch. That's what sustains me. That's what this business is for.

I think about the octopus: I'm at the centre. Each client is a tentacle. And each of those clients has her own network, hundreds of people she serves, influences, and impacts. This work compounds in ways neither of us will ever fully see.

That's the point.
